This file can be copied from a machine that has the correct entry of this file. Worked for me on Windows 10. reinstalled Cisco client from the same .msi file 7. The trick is working on Windows 10 64bit and dont forget to check regedit ! If you can't run the install, instead of running vpnclient_setup.exe in the Cisco VPN installation package, try right-click the .msi and install that way. The administrator has disabled public write access.
